14-day right to cancel

You may cancel a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

Tell us clearly before the deadline by email to hello@delmaraliving.com or by post to Infinity Consciousness Europe SIA, Vēja iela 4-2, Ādaži, 2164, Latvia. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Return and reimbursement

Return goods no later than 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. You pay the direct return postage unless we expressly agree otherwise. We reimburse the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until the goods arrive or you provide evidence that they were sent.

You are responsible only for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Any applicable exception will be stated clearly on the product and in the order confirmation before purchase.

Faulty goods and legal guarantee

Separately from cancellation rights, EU consumers have at least the statutory two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods or goods that do not match their description. Contact us with the order number, a description and photographs. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory rights, including applicable UK consumer rights.
