Shipping and delivery

Delivery costs

• Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Germany: EUR 8.00.
• Other EU countries: EUR 12.00.
• Other available destinations, including the United Kingdom: EUR 18.00.
• Standard delivery is free for merchandise subtotals of EUR 120.00 or more.

Delivery timing

Unless another period is agreed, goods are delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, which is when payment is confirmed.

Handmade or personalised pieces may need additional preparation time. We will state and agree any longer period before the contract is concluded.

How we ship

If everything in the order comes from one workshop, that workshop ships directly to your delivery address.

If the order mixes pieces from more than one workshop, we collect them at our location in Ādaži and then hand the parcel to a fulfilment partner for delivery to you. The carrier used is named on the dispatch confirmation.

Taxes and import charges

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. For delivery within the EU, the VAT rate of your delivery country applies (for example 19% in Germany, 20% in Austria); the price stays the same. The order summary shows merchandise, delivery and the VAT included.

For delivery outside the EU (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland) we deduct the VAT contained in the prices at checkout, so you pay the export price without EU VAT. Import VAT (8.1% in Switzerland), any duties and the carrier's clearance fees are paid by you on delivery.

Delivery and damage

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Please report transit damage promptly with the order number and photographs to hello@delmaraliving.com. This does not limit your statutory rights.
