Formed by hand on a potter's wheel from Latvian clay and fired in an open-fire kiln using traditional black smoke firing. Firing temperature 1050 °C. The shape of the upper edge is slightly plastically curved, creating a unique design that will perfectly fit into and complement a modern interior. It can be used in contact with food products, including wet ones, in microwave ovens and ovens. For long-term use, hand washing is recommended. It is the clay section of the Brīvdabas muzeja Gadatirgus marketplace, bringing together work by independent ceramic makers from Riga, Kurzeme, Zemgale, Vidzeme, Latgale, and the wider Riga region. Delmara uses this profile for marketplace-sourced pieces when a separate maker profile is not yet available. The selection spans wheel-thrown and hand-built earthenware, porcelain, stoneware, glazed ceramics, and traditional black pottery.
